Order of Worship

Let us pray for the whole people of God, in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
Holy and merciful Father, we pray that you would conform us to the image of your Son, that we may glorify you in thought, word, and deed. Teach us to pray and help us to lift our hands to you daily, praying for the needs of all people that weigh heavily on our hearts. We pray for all among us who are sick, homebound, or in hospitals and nursing care facilities. Lord, grant them healing and strength in their hour of need. Send wisdom and patience to those who are in charge of their care, that they would be led according to your holy and divine will. Grant us words that we may daily pray and lift them to you in the love and light of your Christ. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Gracious Lord, help us so that we would always see to the needs of our neighbors. By the power of the Holy Spirit, equip your church with your Word, that we may respond in times of personal crisis, sharing the gifts and blessings you have given us, praying with those who have been trampled down by sin and evil, that your promise would restore them to newness of life. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Everlasting God, we pray that you would raise up and equip pastors and missionaries from among us who will carry the gospel into parts of the world where Jesus has not been proclaimed. Make them courageous and strong, and grant them your wisdom and patience so that in all interactions they would glorify you. We pray for peace and joy over their newly started congregations, that their praises would join in the unending hymn of all Christian churches on earth, forever praising your name. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Lord Jesus, guide us in daily self-examination and repentance. Grant us hearts that prioritize you above all worldly possessions. Fill us with your love and mercy, enabling us to live in harmony with one another and with you. Teach us to praise your name each morning and evening, so we may remember your deeds and be renewed by your promises of salvation. Make us faithful and devoted in all aspects of the life you have granted us, that we may walk in the newness and mercy you have bestowed. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy; through your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen

Visitor Info
If you live in the area or are passing through, please worship with us in-person. For those outside our locale, we do livestream our services into this page, as well as to YouTube and Facebook.
Expect traditional worship with liturgy and Holy Communion each Sunday and a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, multigenerational environment.
We welcome and encourage children to worship with us. Just before the sermon, our children take up a spare change offering for mission. Then they join one of our pastors on the chancel steps for a chat about today's Scriptures. We think you will love this part of the service.
